EMPLOYMENT POLICY
In the consideration of employees as the key factor to the bank’s success, the Board of Management and Directors have put a lot of efforts into developing and enhancing the staff by taking good care of their physical and spiritual life. This is clarified through that Digiworld always follows the Labor Law and the government policies, provides employees with good opportunities for work, career development and promotion. Employee’s life has been improved and income of the following year increases remarkably compared to the previous year.
Employee policy is reflected in the following specific regulations:
Salary and Allowances:
In addition to the competitive basic salary received depending on the title and position of work according to the system of salary scales issued by the Board of Directors in each period, depending on the annual business results and KPI’s assessment result of each employee, Digiworld staffs are also entitled to performance bonus such as 13th month salary, KPI salaries (2-4 month salaries), seniority allowance, travel allowance, mobile allowance, lunch allowance, business trip allowance and other allowances in accordance with the Labor Law.
Annual leave and public holidays:
Annual leave: 12 days/year. Staff will receive 1 extra day for every 5 year working at Digiworld.
Public holidays: according to the Labor Law.
Training program policy:
Digiworld is deeply concerned with training and development programs for staffs as one of the basic goals in other education organizations.
According to the training course(s) registered by employees which is relevant to their work, Digiworld also supports partly or full the expenses such as travel allowance, tuition fees, etc.

Digiworld is a dynamic workplace with many promotion opportunities where employees can contribute their competencies and capabilities for career development.
UNION AND OTHER ACTIVITIES
Union:
Digiworld Union Organization always takes care of employees’ work-life conditions, encourages and motivates laborers and has an important voice for the authorities. Particularly:
Sharing and caring with employees' family in ceremonies: wedding, funeral, etc... ; annual medical health check program for employees; organize tours and vacations for staffs and other activities such as “Miss Vitual Life”, “Who He Is”, “Sales Hunter”, etc.

Issued periodically as a beneficial and “food nutrition” for the spiritual life, "SỐNG" News is where Digiworld staff can understanding company activities, expresses their aspirations and relax after working hours.
