With a MT entering the program, you will go through a journey with very special:

The first stage, starting out as a fresher, you will take from 6 to 12 months to rotate across departments. Please note that, after this stage, you will be assessed on your work capacity, level of completion and your development.

In the next stage, the professional challenge will help you understand and solve some cases in your department. When you’ll have finished this stage, your head of dept will assess.

A final challenge is a manager challenge, in 12 months, you will be given the tasks to perform, after which, you are assessed again before making a decision officially duties by head of dept and HR Dept.

At the end of the journey, you are officially appointed as a Manager and become a member of the successor team at Digiworld
